Accessibility is a priority at LAD Custom Publishing. We are committed to continuously improving the accessibility of our websites and to the content we provide to ensure an inclusive experience for all users.

Our websites are developed in alignment with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards. For our PDF products, we follow the International Organization for Standardization’s ISO 14289 (PDF/UA) standard, including the use of OCR processing and proper tagging to support compatibility with assistive technologies.

The majority of the material we distribute is second-generation PDF content, not created or owned by LAD, that predates current accessibility standards and regulations. To address this, we are actively working to remediate legacy content to meet PDF/UA requirements.
