Overview
LAD values your business. Our returns policy describes how we initiate, process and credit returns from our customers.
Returns policy process
LAD provides a 100% credit on all unused LAD course packs. Please note that if returns are more than 40% of an ordered quantity then LAD reserves the right to limit returns to 10% on future orders.
A return merchandise authorization (RMA) is needed before returning course packs to LAD. An RMA request can be started by contacting your Account Manager or LAD’s customer support team at 1-877-318-8800 or support@lad.pub
When can credits be used?
Credits may be used any term following the term for which credit was issued. Credits may not be used during the same term they are incurred.
What happens if a course pack or course has been cancelled?
If a course pack or course is cancelled prior to production and has incurred copyright processing, a fee will be charged. The fee will not exceed 10% of the estimated value of the order. If there are no copyrights there will be no charge to cancel the order.
With or without copyrights, if an order has been produced then no returns will be allowed – there are no return privileges allowed if the course is canceled after an order has been produced.

LAD’s staff will respond to all requests sent through mail or email from customers regarding our returns policy, however return requests may be slightly delayed during book rush.
